Classes such as yoga, spinning and boxercise have become increasingly popular in recent years with sessions being regularly filled up weeks in advance, so it’s always important to get into a routine and book onto sessions you know you can attend.

Swimming is also a fantastic way to remain in great shape as it works a range of muscles in the body. You can choose to attend a class or just pop along and use the pool at your leisure, each pool will have its own timetable so make sure you check times.

They can even work with you to set a diet plan to ensure you reach your goals in the quickest time possible.
