Cheer London Allstars
The Cheer London Allstarz cheer academy has been taking South London by storm over the past two years with its fresh, funky and dynamic take on cheerleading. There are currently six squads with a wide range of ages and abilities training for performances, events and national competitions. If you have always wanted to be part of a team then Cheer London Allstarz is for you. No experience is necessary.
Each session is jam packed with all things cheerleading including stunts, tumbling, dance, gymnastics, chants, jumps and most importantly teamwork.
Please note: Some of the sessions are closed until try outs take place.

Saxon Crown Swimming Club
Saxon Crown Swimming (Lewisham) Club was established in 1975, as a result of a merger of three clubs in the area, to promote and support swimming as a sport in the London Borough of Lewisham. Past and present club members have progressed from learning to swim within the club to national, regional and county champions and competitors. The club while maintaining a competitive nature believes in providing a wide programme to cater for all abilities and commitment levels. Saxon Crown are very proud to have dedicated learn to swim and competitive opportunities for disabled swimmers that are fully integrated within the club structure as well as adult squads for technique development, fitness and competitive opportunities.
The club swims at Downham Health & Leisure Centre throughout the week catering for many ages and abilities.
Seals are a social swimming club providing sessions for people with a disability. Outings are also arranged with the group. For the Friday session, transport is provided. Floatation aids and social games are available and if there are participants that don’t want to swim there are arts and crafts and games activities. Tea and biscuits are also offered at the end of the Friday session.

Downham’s newest and funkiest dance academy brings you the best in training from industry professionals in dance and musical theatre. All classes are taught by Sophie Cook.
In this ‘Street Beatz’ dance class you will learn to trick, flip and dance to the funkiest beatz. Open to boys and girls ages 5–12 all abilities welcome with regular performance opportunities.

Olympic Style WTF Taekwondo
A relatively new club with just over five years’ history, Nomad Taekwondo now boasts an active student base of over 150 students. The club aims to provide you with the very best in Taekwondo coaching to achieve maximum results.
