We run a busy schedule of over 80 group exercise classes every week at our studios at Harpenden Leisure Centre. These include a mixture of Aerobic, Body Conditioning and Calm classes.

The best way to plan your group fitness workout is to aim to do at least one of each colour within a week.

Introducing Les Mills Virtual
With virtual we can schedule more classes, more often, providing more variety and offering you more opportunities to workout even when an instructor is not available.
At 1Life we’re proud to offer Les Mills virtual classes, so despite there being no instructor with you in the room, you’ll know the content will be just as professional and just as fun!! 😀
Participating in a virtual class could not be more simple:
⭐ Arrive 5 mins before the scheduled start time
⭐ The class is pre-recorded and is set to start automatically
⭐ You will have access to any equipment required during the class
⭐ The instructor on the screen will guide you through the workout
⭐ The video content is one-way, nobody can see your workout unless they’re in the room with you
