BOXERCISE – Release your built up aggression in a controlled and channelled, non contact boxing based class.
Boxercise as the name suggests is a class that is based on the exercises that boxers typical include in their workout routines. Sessions can include a variety of punchbag and pad work as well as skipping, shuttle-runs, press-ups and sit-ups. No physical contact is included in any of our classes.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BOXERCISE?
Boxing classes give you a great opportunity to release some aggression in a controlled and channelled way. It is also a great way to lose weight and tone up as well as giving you the feel good factor.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
As with most classes, you will need suitable clothing and good trainers as well as a small towel and water bottle.
