A combination of music, video and exercise that wraps around your senses.
Visual content is projected onto cinema-size screens in a purpose-built studio, and the content synchronises perfectly with music and exercise. Live instructors cue all the moves, but the experience becomes your own as you adapt to the visual, audio and physical stimulation around you.
The concept draws on video innovation from music concerts, using entertainment to suspend belief and push your physical limits. The futuristic graphics create worlds where you react to what you see and help you forget that this is exercise. You could be punching at a spaceship, leaping over laser fire or riding into a futuristic city. The potential for IMMERSIVE FITNESS is limited only by imagination.
The experience is currently available in cycling workout format THE TRIP™ at nine studios around the world and is delivering exceptional results. At SATS gym in Stockholm, group fitness attendance has grown by 25% since introducing an IMMERSIVE FITNESS studio.
