We run a busy schedule of over 30 group fitness classes every week at our studio at Bourne Leisure Centre. These include a mixture of Aerobic, Body Conditioning and Calm classes.
Calm classes to relax, strengthen your flexibility and have a break from your busy schedule. Aerobic classes to support the heart and lungs and our body conditioning classes get toned and strengthen your muscles. The classes take place in our studios as well as in our swimming pool.
