WHAT IS CIRCUITS?
Circuits classes consist of a series of stations arranged around the room. Participants perform different exercises at each station for a set period of time or repititions before moving quickly onto the next station.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CIRCUITS?
Great for increasing strength and endurance, a good circuit will work different areas of the body.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
You will need appropriate footwear and clothing as well as a small towel and a water bottle to keep you hydrated throughout your session.
