Membership Direct Debit
Following on from the email you received last Friday evening and subsequent to the government’s instruction to close Gyms and Leisure Centres as of close of business 21st March to aid combating the spread of COVID-19, we indicated that we would be suspending membership payments as soon as possible.
Due to the speed in which the current situation developed and time we had to react it was not possible to stop your March 25th payment being taken as this had already been applied to the bank. Therefore all payments collected on 25th March will be rolled over to cover your first month’s membership payment when the sites open.
To confirm, you do not need to take any further action and from 25th April 2020 your monthly payment will be suspended with a zero charge until further notice.
