We run a busy schedule of over 100 group exercise classes every week at our studio at Princess Royal Sports Arena in Boston. These include a mixture of Aerobic, Body Conditioning and Calm classes.
Our Les Mills certified fitness instructors will guide you through classes like BODYSTEP™ and BODYPUMP™ and we have a range of virtual classes including BodyPump, Balance, Grit, and Combat.
