Our Facilities

We run over 70 classes a week in our multi-purpose and dance studios as well as martial arts in the Dojo studio.

We have an indoor 60m track and also an outdoor 400m track Athletics field .

Chill out in the Sauna and Steam room in our wet area - great places to relax after your workout.

Our meeting rooms are available for hire for small meetings or conferences.

We have a 25 metre main swimming pool and a teaching pool for those still perfecting their strokes.

Available for Badminton, Basketball, Trampolining, Football, Cricket nets or Table Tennis.

The Café serves a variety of healthy snacks and drinks.
